Tasting Notes:

Nose: Vanilla sponge with butter icing gives away to hard candy sweetness.

Palate: Vanilla rich - custard cream biscuits, hot toffee sauce and spiced oak.

Finish: Vanilla lingers on alongside sweet corn and warm buttered gingerbread.
