About Dalmore Luminary No 2 - 16 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky - 2024 Release

The Dalmore Luminary 2024 Edition is the second release in a unique three-part series of limited edition Rare and Collectible whiskies, created in partnership with V&A Dundee. The series celebrates Luminaries from the worlds of whisky and architectural design. Luminary architect Melodie Leung of Zaha Hadid Architects joined forces with Gregg Glass of The Dalmore Highland Single Malt to create one-of-a-kind limited editions conceived through the lens of the whisky's flavour and the design's form.

Matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, and finished in Graham’s Tawny Port pipes and Apostoles Sherry Casks. With the lightest touch of exceptionally rare peated Dalmore.

Nose: Manuka honey, crème brulee, antique leather,delicate tropical notes of pomegranate, guava, and cherry blossom.
Palate: Ripe figs, Seville oranges, forest fruits, passion fruit, lightly roasted Colombian coffee, fermented black limes, and brioche.
Finish: Fresh roasted chestnuts, sweet wood spices, dark cacao, and Alphonso mangoes with a delicate whisper of herbal wood smoke
