About Lindores Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky - ‘The Casks of Lindores II, Bourbon Casks’

This is the first release in ‘The Casks of Lindores II’, the second series of The Casks of Lindores.

Matured exclusively in Bourbon Barrels of exceptional quality for over three years, developing a distinctive profile.

The Casks of Lindores II, Bourbon Casks, is a perfect Whisky for coming into the spring and summer months. With it’s sweet, orchard fruit forward flavours and luxuriously soft, silky mouthfeel, it has loads of complexity but it’s also light and beautifully easy drinking.

Tasting Notes:

Colour: Pale Gold.


Nose: Pleasant mellow fruity apples, ripe banana, sweet pears and vanilla, buttercream and caramel notes with subtle citrus touches.


Palate: Fruity green apples, citrus lemon, banana, vanilla, oaky woody notes, coffee beans and spicy peppery touches. Pleasant silky texture.


Finish: Medium length finish
