About Tamdhu Single Malt Scotch Whisky | Cask Strength - Batch 7

A small number of exceptional sherry oak casks have been hand selected and bottled unchillfiltered at natural colour and high strength to represent Tamdhu in its purest form. Each batch is unique and varies slightly in style and strength but each captures the rich, complex essence of a sherry cask matured whisky.

Nose: Cinnamon oak, then a praline and vanilla sponge.

Palate: Raspberry pavlova. Water brings apricot, lemon, and a fresh wave of oak.

Finish: Oak spice gives way to baked figs and freshly peeled clementine.

 

A great dram, highly recommended by Robbie.
