About James Eadie 15 Year Old Fife Blended Scotch Whisky - Batch No1 - Fife Strength
We are delighted to offer the Fife Blended Whisky Batch 1, which is Cameronbridge 25yo finished in a Marsala Cask and  blended with a 15yo first fill bourbon hogshead from ‘An unnamed farm distillery in the heart of the Kingdom of Fife’.
 
Nose: Light and remarkably effervescent, with fresh grapes, peach, cherry and mango, alongside subtle richer notes of maple syrup and banana.

Taste: Ripe nectarine, mango and apricot merge with candied ginger stem, syrup and milk chocolate. A dash of water brings out big notes of tropical fruits.

Finish: Strawberries, dry champagne and passionfruit.
