Nose: Full and well-rounded, with stewed apples and pears mixed with a hint of cinnamon and cracked pepper.


Taste: Similar to the nose, full of stewed apple, pear and apricot, black pepper and a touch of green tea with squeezed lemon juice.

Finish: Thick custard and zesty lemon sherbet.
