Introducing The Original Cask Strength. This flagship release has been double distilled with unpeated malted barley before maturing in first fill ex-bourbon casks and finishing in heavily charred virgin American white oak from Kelvin Cooperage
At cask strength, the fruity heart that is the defining characteristic of the unpeated double distilled style is magnified - with prominent notes of zesty Seville orange marmalade, dried apricot, toffee apple, poached pear and toasted pineapple.
