About RAER Jackton Gin

Jackton Gin is single batch produced on a state-of-the-art Hagyo still. The result of a carefully balanced one-shot distillation, the spirit is pleasingly dry, refreshing and flavourful, with predominant notes of citrus and spice.

 

Nose: The rich, aromatic and immaculately clean base is complimented by lashings of citrus peels, freshly grated lime, warming spices and a touch of soft fruit.


Palate: Oily juniper evolves gradually and is beautifully complimented by hints of both sweet and sour citrus, fragrant green cardamom and zingy pink peppercorns. Hints of sweet mango add roundness to the mouthfeel.


Finish: All-at-once long, clean, dry, refreshing, spicy and citrusy with just a faint, fruity sweetness.
