Nose : Gentle peat floating on a delicate sherried richness, as Arbroath smokie combines with roasted pine nuts and chestnuts.

Taste : Full-bodied, mouth coating and poised like the nose: Arbroath Smokie, lemon juice, black pepper and undertones of sweet cherry chocolate. 

Finish : Bonfire smoke, salted toffee and gentle spice.
