Re-charred and 1st Fill Bourbon Hogsheads

Nose :  Fruity, fresh and honeyed, with fresh apple juice, beeswax, vanilla custard and buttered toast. 

Taste : Like the nose, fresh and fruity rhubarb, blackberry and malt loaf, with mouth-coating waxy, blueberry jam undertones. 

Finish : White and milk chocolate, gooseberries and cream.
