Nose : Fresh, peppery and full-bodied, with earthy peat, lightly smoked kippers, ripening pear and a hint of salted marzipan.

Taste : Big and briny to start, with green manzanilla olives and fresh lemon zest, before fruitier notes of green apple, pears and cream custard emerge.

Finish : Bold, full finish, ending on almonds, lemon juice and smoked fish.
