Colour: Bright copper

Nose: Fruity and super sweet. Stewed apricots and peaches. Cantaloupe melon. Chocolate and fudge mousse. Toasted muscovado sugars.

Taste: A very lively character indeed. Intensely fruity - stewed raisins, sultanas and apricots. Marmalade. Toasted oak and some serious cracked black pepper at the finish. Butterscotch?
