Made by infusing Caribbean rum with sweet banana peel.

Nose: Banana bread, treacle, cinnamon and butterscotch

Palate: Banoffee pie, sticky toffee pudding, fudge and milk chocolate raisins 

Finish: A warming crystalized ginger
