This Limited Edition Madeira cask finish is a demonstration of Hebridean island artistry.
Originally casked in whisky refill hogsheads then finished in Madeira casks for four years.

Limited bottling of 2240 bottles 

Colour: Chestnut
Nose: Peaches and cream, bursts of orange rind, sweet toffee, and walnut oil balanced with clove, geranium and a soft wood spice.
Palate: Creamy mouthfeel gives way to hazelnut, burnt sugar, citrus, grapes, hints of green capsicum and a subtle herbaceous note.
Finish: Gentle finish with dried fruit and cinnamon.
