Whisky An A That Festival 2020: Cancelled
Due to the ongoing situation with the current coronavirus pandemic we have decided to cancel this year’s festival as a preventative measure.
As you know we postponed the Festival in June and rescheduled a preliminary date in the autumn. We now feel that there is no safe way for the Festival to go ahead in its current format this year.
We have been in discussion with the council regarding the date changes to which they have been very supportive but the harsh reality is that there is a high probability we won’t be allowed to hold an event of this size in the Autumn / Winter of this year.
We are all aware that with certain parts of the country being locked down again no one can make any confident / definite decisions on this kind of event.
I know that this will cause a lot of disappointment but feel that it is the only decision that is feasible.
The good news is that the Festival for 2021 is scheduled for Saturday 5th June 2021.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TICKET HOLDERS
We have been contacted by a huge amount of Ticket holders asking if they can simply retain their entry ticket for the 2021 event.
We have decided to do this as it makes a lot of sense logistically and guarantees the holder their ticket for next year.
Tickets for the 2021 event would have been going on sale in October anyway.
If you do not wish to retain your ticket for next year please follow the instructions below.
We have made the decision that anyone who has purchased tickets for this year’s event has two options.
Retain your ticket which can be used for the 2021 Festival.
If you choose this option there is no need to contact us as your ticket will be validated as a 2021 entry ticket, this also includes any Masterclass Tickets purchased.
Contact us for a refund.
Call us on 01292 284279 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Your ticket must be physically returned to the shop by person or registered post.
Please note office hours Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm.
