A rich, lush, sherried Dalmore expression. Fruity notes of succulent orange, strawberry rhubarb tart, and sultana on a bed of toffee and vanilla. A peppering of cinnamon, lemon rock candy, chocolate-covered coffee bean and lavender adds complexity. One change that we (and quite a few in the industry) would like to see is the strength being increased to over 46% to allow the whisky to be unchillfiltered. Other than that, no complaints. Great stuff!
