This one has spent time in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
Richly flavoured with intense layers of raisin sweetness and smoky character.
Tasting Notes.
Nose: Seaweed, rich fruity and intense Dundee cake, torn mint, almonds.
Palate: Intensely peaty, followed by blueberry syrup, bitter chocolate and dates.
Finish: Maritime salt lingers on the finish with a final edge of sweetness.
