Glencadam 15yo 2006 Reserva de Porto Branco (White port cask) Single Malt Scotch Whisky 

Glencadam Reserva de Porto Branco is a limited edition of 3684 bottles and has been specially created by the Master Distiller. From Glencadam's historic dunnage warehouses, he has carefully selected single malt distilled in 2006 and matured initially in exceptional ex-bourbon American oak casks. The single malt in these casks has been expertly married then finished in the finest white port barrels sourced from Portugal. 

 

Nose: Bright aromas of red berry fruits, Victoria sponge cake, acacia honey and stewed rhubarb with rose water and violet highlights


Palate: Juicy strawberry and summer fruit pudding followed by redcurrant jelly, ruby chocolate and key lime pie with a pink peppercorn and cedar warmth.


Finish: Fresh waffles and syrup with berry coulis and impressions of black forest gateaux fading to a long, wood spice linger
