About Discarded Grape Skin Vodka

Discarded Grape Skin Vodka 

Discarded Vodka is grape based, created using the leftover stems, seeds and skins of the chardonnay wine industry's harvest.

Nose: A clean, crisp aroma with fresh green apple notes which then move into deeper almond croissant notes, and a bright lychee lift. 

Palate: A luscious mouthfeel, with fruit-forward notes of Williams pear, guava and starfruit.

Finish: A beautiful pink peppercorn finish
