Kilchoman UK Exclusive Small Batch Release 3 - Bourbon - Oloroso Sherry - Sauternes - Single Malt Scotch Whisky

This small batch vatting combines Bourbon (70%) and Oloroso Sherry matured (5%) Kilchoman at 46% with one specially selected Sauternes Cask  at natural strength for the remaining 25%.
The result is a marriage of classic Kilchoman citrus and peat smoke with layers of peaches, honey and white grape sweetness.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: : Classic Kilchoman citrus sweetness gives way to apricots and honey, with waves of peat smoke and sea spray.
 
Palate: White grape sweetness, with waves of stone fruits, candied ginger, and hints of smokiness.
 
Finish: Long lingering smoky finish.
