This expression is a marriage of Single Cask Single Malts from Speyside, matured exclusively in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso Sherry casks for a rich, fruity and dark chocolatey flavour profile.
Nose: Sweet with red fruits, mocha & honeycomb
Palate: Spices run to cocoa, milky cereal & toasted oak
Finish: Lingering cinnamon, plums & brown sugar
