Nose: Dried cherries and autumnal spice followed by juniper and hints of citrus and vanilla.

Palate: Ripe cherry and citrus. Fruity juniper, spice and stone fruits. 

Finish: Liqourice leading to a smooth, warm and lingering cherry finish.
