After initially maturing in oak casks this whisky has been finished in a single hand selected Cognac Cask.
This latest offering from our friends in Glasgow is a cracking blended malt with a heart of the Lowlands.

Tasting Notes :
The nose opens in a tropical style with figs, peaches, ginger, coconut and lychee.
The palate shows sweet Scottish barley, honeysuckle, violet and rose.
The long finish displays a dried orange quality with brioche, sandalwood and more of that earlier fiery ginger.
