Introducing Big Peat “Feis Ile 2019 Edition ”
A limited edition bottling of Douglas Laing's Big Peat Vatted Malt, made exclusively with malt whiskies from the Isle of Islay.
We are smokily delighted to introduce Big Peat's 2019 Feis Ile Edition, commemorating Islay's annual Malt and Music festival. This years "Big Peat's Pal's" Edition features faces of Big Peat fans from all over the world.
Nose: Opens with a wild oceanic style- fresh seaweed abd rock pools to the fore.
Palate: Sweet puffs of peat smoke, tarry ropes, bonfire embers and streaky bacon.
Finish: Long and oily finish with chewed leather and a hint of lemon drizzle cake.
