Nose : Fragrant, herbal oak spices infuse dark raisins and sour plums with a back note of cracked black pepper and stewed barley.
Palate : Fresh toasted oak surrounds crisp, tart cranberry compote followed by a cigar box spice note. Rich barley and wild raspberries linger in the long finish.
