A single cask Caol Ila distilled November 2010 and bottled April 2017.
Non-Chill filtered and bottled at 50.6% alc./vol.
Nose: Opens with a mighty maritime Islay punch followed by salty spices and sweet smoke.
Palate: Sweet with peated, malted barley, then earthy richness, smoked bacon and burnt straw.
Finish: Lusciously long with charred oak, dark toffee and more of that smoked peat.
