Hours of Collection
To collect your item on the same day as your order is placed, the order must be placed by 4pm and uplifted by 6pm of that day. In addition, an hour must be allowed between placement of the order and collection, for example an order placed at 4pm will not be ready for uplift until 5pm of that same day.
For non-same-day collections, please see the hours listed above for possible collection times.
Please note, the Click & Collect option is available for pre-order items however you will not be able to collect until the item has arrived with us. In such a case, we will contact you with an exact date as to when the item can be expected in-store and ready for collection.
