Hours of Collection
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the restriction on collection times.This is a result of the current Covid-19 situation.
To collect your item on the same day as your order is placed, the order must be placed by 10am and uplifted by 2pm of that day. In addition, an hour must be allowed between placement of the order and collection, for example an order placed at 11am will not be ready for uplift until 12pm of that same day.

Please note, the Click & Collect option is available for pre-order items however you will not be able to collect until the item has arrived with us. In such a case, we will contact you with an exact date as to when the item can be expected in-store and ready for collection.
A copy of your confirmation email (either printed or on your phone) as well as a photographic ID card must be shown upon collection.
Please also note that if you have purchased your click & collect order using an American Express card you will be required to present this card upon collection.
If you are unable to collect in person and would like to nominate someone else to collect your order on your behalf, they need to bring the confirmation email (either printed or on their phone) along with their own photo ID.
1. Selecting this option. At the checkout page, you will find a drop down menu under the “Delivery/Click & Collect” section.
This is set by default to the standard, 3-working days delivery option.
Click the drop down menu and scroll up to highlight the Click & Collect option, when it is highlighted click it and this will select the click & collect option.
This service is free.
2. Availability. Please note that collection in-store is only available between the hours of 10am-2pm, Monday-Friday.
Only orders placed prior to 1pm will be available for same-day collection.
3 hour's must be allowed between placement of the order and collection in-store of the order.
