Blended Whisky comes about as a result of mixing the traditionally higher quality Single Malts with apparently lesser quality Grain Whisky, often with water to lower the ABV content. That being said, neutral spirit can also be added as well as colourings and flavourings although there are strict limitations regarding this.
As with any type of whisky, if an age statement exists on the bottle, all spirits within must be at least the age stated on the bottle.

A veritable breath of fresh air. Fresh and light with subtle hints of vanilla and sweet fruits. As blends go, for the money this is truly excellent. I think the Bard would have approved.

Paddy is named after an irishman by the name of Paddy Flaherty who was born in 1850 and worked as a sales representative for the distillery. The whisky is triple-distilled, aged up to 7 years and has a high malt content for a blend. Very smooth and easy-drinking.
