Spirits is a broad term that encompasses alcoholic beverages which have been distilled in addition to fermentation. The most popular ones include Whisky, Vodka, Rum, Gin, Brandy and Tequila among many others.
There is some dubiety over the official differences between a liqueur and a spirit however it is generally accepted that liqueurs are products that have had flavourings and sugar added to them whereas spirits have not.
Fruit Liqueurs - 70cl / 17.5%
Take the chocolate from a Toblerone, add a lot of vodka and you basically have this, another unique offering from the good people of Berentzen.
Vodka - 70cl / 40%
Crafted from the finest French grapes as opposed to the usual grain or potato, Ciroc is one of the world's most up and coming (and finest) vodkas.
Gin - 70cl / 26%
Gordon's Sloe Gin Liqueur is a wonderful drink summer or winter. Add tonic and have it long as a refreshing cooler or enjoy it short as a winter warmer!
Rum - 70clcl / 40%

Grappa - 70cl / 40%
Bocchino has the oldest distillery in Piedmonte dating to 1898. The Gran Moscato is the first single grape variety grappa based on the Moscato d'Asti grape giving a sweet flavour and fragrant nose.
Absinthe - 70cl / 70%
La Fée Absinth Bohemian is a low anise-Absinth distilled with Grand Wormwood and other aromatic herbs. They recommend that you mix with 4-6 parts iced water, over sugar on an Absinthe spoon. Try it straight if you're really brave...
Spirits - 50cl / 39%
Wolfschmidt Kummel is a very old drink originating in Latvia. Very popular in Golf clubs in Scotland. Great when mixed with vodka or gin to make a silver bullet or silver streak. Made from caraway seeds, aniseed and cumin translating into a delicious drink with strong notes of spearmint.
Spirits - 70cl / 45%
Ricard is probably the best known Pastis and at one time was also the favourite long drink in France. Best served with ice and mineral water.
